Our glove boxes are used in scientific research, lithium battery R&D and production, pharmaceutical industry, materials science, nuclear technology, OLED/PLED research, and fine chemical applications.

3. Eligibility

4. Products, Pricing, and Orders

A) Product Specifications:
Product specifications are provided on our product pages. Key specifications may include:

  • Chamber material (stainless steel SUS304, acrylic, polycarbonate)
  • Chamber dimensions (e.g., 1200×750×900 mm or custom sizes)
  • O₂ and H₂O levels (standard inert systems can achieve <1 ppm)
  • Number of glove ports (2–6 or custom)
  • Purification system type (molecular sieve, copper catalyst, organic solvent adsorber)
  • Antechamber size and configuration
  • Optional features (vacuum pumps, refrigerators, heating chambers, etc.)

Specifications are subject to change without notice. Custom orders are manufactured to your specific requirements.

B) Pricing:

  • All prices are listed in the currency specified on our Website (USD unless otherwise stated)
  • Prices do not include shipping, handling, taxes, customs duties, or installation unless explicitly stated
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect confirmed orders
  • For custom glove box systems, final pricing will be provided in a formal quotation

C) Quotations:

  • Quotations are valid for the period specified in the quotation (typically 30 days)
  • Quotations are non-binding until a purchase order is accepted by us
  • We reserve the right to modify or withdraw a quotation at any time before acceptance

D) Orders:

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may reject any order for any reason
  • Once an order is accepted, we will send an order confirmation email
  • Custom orders require a deposit (typically 30-50% of total price) before manufacturing begins
  • Lead times vary by product: standard models typically 2-4 weeks; custom systems 12-20 weeks or longer

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers (wire transfers), and purchase orders (subject to credit approval)
  • Payment Schedule: For standard products, full payment is required before shipment unless otherwise agreed. For custom products, a deposit is required before manufacturing, with the balance due before shipment
  • Late Payments: Late payments may accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law) and may result in delayed delivery or order cancellation
  • Taxes and Duties: You are responsible for all applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees. If we are required to collect tax, it will be added to your invoice

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Title

  • Shipping Methods: We ship via reputable carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, sea freight, air freight depending on destination and product size)
  • Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our reasonable control
  • Title and Risk of Loss: For shipped products, title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (FOB shipping point) unless otherwise agreed in writing. For domestic shipments, alternative terms may apply
  • Inspection upon Delivery: You must inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt. Any damage, shortage, or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Failure to Accept Delivery: If you refuse or fail to accept delivery, you remain liable for all charges, and we may charge reasonable storage fees

7. International Sales and Export Compliance

  • Documentation: You are responsible for obtaining all necessary import permits, customs clearances, and complying with local regulations in your country

8. Warranty

A) Standard Warranty:
We warrant that our glove boxes (excluding consumables and wear parts) will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of original shipment to the customer.

B) What the Warranty Covers:

  • Repair or replacement (at our option) of defective parts at no charge for parts
  • Technical support during the warranty period
  • Coverage for manufacturing defects and material flaws

C) What the Warranty Does NOT Cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use, misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the instruction manual or safety guidelines
  • Normal wear and tear (including gloves, seals, gaskets, filters)
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Damage caused by shipping (file a claim with the carrier)
  • Damage caused by corrosive or incompatible materials
  • Consumable items (gloves, filters, purification materials such as molecular sieve and copper catalyst)

D) Warranty Claims:

  • To make a warranty claim, contact our technical support team with your order number, product serial number, and description of the issue
  • We may require photos, videos, or return of the defective product for inspection
  • You are responsible for shipping costs to return defective products unless we determine the product is defective under warranty
  • We will cover shipping costs for replacement parts or repaired products

E) Disclaimer of Other Warranties:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Returns and Refunds

A) Return Policy:

  • Standard Products: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price applies. You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Custom Products: Custom-manufactured glove boxes are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective (covered by warranty)
  • Opened or Used Products: Cannot be returned (health and safety reasons)
  • Warranty Returns: Covered under Section 8 above

B) Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Refunds for deposits on custom orders are subject to our cancellation policy

C) Order Cancellation:

  • Standard product orders may be canceled before shipment. A cancellation fee of 5% may apply
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once manufacturing has begun (deposit is non-refundable)
  • If we accept cancellation of a custom order, cancellation charges will be based on work already completed

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PRODUCTS OR WEBSITE.
